Finding Solace

Awakening

There was a time I mistook my sensitivity for a flaw — the way I felt everything, the way silence could slice through me, the way I noticed what others missed.

But sensitivity isn’t weakness. It’s awareness. It’s the soul’s way of staying honest in a world that rewards armor.

Being sensitive means you feel the tremor before the earthquake, the truth beneath the words, the ache behind the smile. It means you can hold space for others without losing yourself — and once you learn that boundaries are love, not rejection, that capacity becomes its own kind of power.

Sensitivity is the quiet force that heals, creates, and connects. It’s the courage to stay open when life asks you to close. Not in spite of the pain it sometimes brings, but because of the depth it always offers.

So if you’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive,” smile. You’re simply tuned to a higher frequency — one that hears the heart before the noise.

And the world needs the way you feel — don’t dim it.
